Lisa Anderson, CSCP
LMA Consulting Group Ms. Anderson is a senior supply chain and operations executive and founder and president of LMA Consulting Group, Inc. She brings to an engagement a record of achievement and leadership in supply chain management, operations management, project management, product supply finance, information systems implementations, business process design, mergers, turnarounds, strategic and financial planning, and business restructuring. She has been a featured speaker at several supply chain industry conferences and has contributed to several published articles in leading trade publications. Ms. Anderson serves on the Board of Directors of the Inland Empire Chapter of the Association for Operations Management (APICS) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and is a member of the National Speakers Association as well as the Institute of Management Consultants. She is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and received her MBA with an emphasis in Finance from California State University at Fullerton and her BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
